i. First of all open the iTunes Store App then scroll to the bottom and tap Sign In button

ii. Go down and click on the Create New Apple ID then choose the country or region that matches the billing address for your payment method, then tap Next.

iii. Read up the Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy Policy, then tap Agree by tapping on the button provided for it.

iv. Go to the iCloud Account Registration boxes and complete the form to create your new Apple ID, then tap Next.

v. The email address you provided will be your new Apple ID.

vi. Answer the security questions for the protection of your iCloud account.

vii. But if you’re using existing Apple ID to create your account, you’ll see a message that the email address you provided is already an Apple ID all you need is to click on Continue, then also click on Use Existing Apple ID.

viii. Provide your credit card and full billing information, after that click on Done.

Note that you will not be charged after creating your iCloud account until you make a purchase. However, you can vary or remove your payment details in future. Go to the inbox of the email you entered and search for the verification email from Apple, click on it to verify your account and follow the onscreen instruction to set up your iCloud account.
